Founded in 1997, Zorchid is an established, independent Business Improvement, Management & IT Services/Consultancy Company, specialising in the implementation and resourcing of key or critical projects across a wide spectrum of business perspectives on an International basis.

There may be situations where you do not have the strategic resources and skills available, perhaps there are ‘sensitive’ issues to circumvent or possibly there is a need to give added impetus to difficult or ailing projects. You may even have large scale, business critical initiatives planned that require the deployment of additional short to medium term interim skills and resources in order to ensure that the job gets done.

We may be able to assist you in specific areas such as Business and IT Strategy, Change Management, Strategic Information Systems Planning & Implementation, carrying out Business Process Review and Restructuring exercises, developing Business Continuity Management programmes and IT Disaster Recovery Planning/Testing, Network Management & Security. Alternatively, you may just require independent advice and guidance in addressing areas such as risk, project and change management, especially if your organisation is on the acquisition trail, in the process of take-over activity, or planning large scale organisational and/or systems restructuring. If there are key areas of cost that are an issue to your business we may even be able to assist you in negotiating more favourable contracts with difficult suppliers or service providers.
